Transparency in the use of AI
On this page, we disclose how we use artificial intelligence (AI) on our website. In doing so, we follow the transparency obligations under Art. 50 of the European AI Regulation (EU AI Act).
We believe that you should always know when you are interacting with AI.
Where we use AI
Images
On some service pages, we show AI-generated illustrative images. They are labelled directly on the image with “Illustrative image · AI-generated”. Illustrative images do not show any of our projects. You can find real photos of our projects under Before – After and Insights.
Video
The video on our home page was created with the help of AI. This is indicated accordingly in the video itself and in the caption.
Texts
The texts on this website were created with the support of AI and checked and approved by us.
Design and programming
AI was used as a tool in the design and programming of this website.
Where we do not use AI
FAQ assistant
The “Questions?” assistant at the bottom right works without AI. It gives fixed answers, stored by us, to frequently asked questions. Your entries are neither stored nor transmitted.
No automated decisions
Decisions about your enquiry, a quotation or an order are made by us – by people. No AI processes your personal data on this website.
Proof of AI literacy
This website was created by Pfeiffer-IT. Jörg Pfeiffer has completed the online qualification “Master Management with AI (MMAI®)” from academy4.ai® in cooperation with SGO Business School (90 hours, 30 January 2026 – 27 April 2026). According to the certificate of further training, the modules teach AI literacy within the meaning of Art. 4 of the AI Regulation.
